Kayley McMahan is a Sr. Industry Specialist - Industrial Automation & Advanced Manufacturing with Kelly Engineering Services. Kayley is an active leader within the American Society for Quality (ASQ), with nearly a decade of involvement supporting the quality community, professional development, and the next generation of quality professionals.
An ASQ member since 2016, Kayley has held several leadership and volunteer roles, including Co-Chair of the ASQ Chicago Section, Inspection Division Liaison Lead, and Section Liaison Chair. She has also served as a judge for ASQ’s Inspector of the Year recognition.
Today, Kayley serves as Chair of the ASQ NextGen Mentoring Committee, where she helps lead efforts to connect emerging quality professionals with experienced leaders and mentors across the ASQ community. She is passionate about creating opportunities for the next generation to build meaningful relationships, expand their professional networks, and develop into the future leaders of quality.
