Abstract:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the future of continuous improvement by enhancing how organizations analyze data, identify root causes, and predict outcomes. This webinar explores the emerging role of AI as a collaborative asset in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies. Key developments in AI capabilities will be examined, including their application in tools such as value stream mapping (VSM), where AI can identify bottlenecks and recommend improvement opportunities. Ethical considerations surrounding AI integration and task automation will also be addressed to ensure responsible deployment. This session will demonstrate how AI can support innovation, reduce waste, and strengthen operational performance across industries through real-world examples and practical frameworks.
