Our Education Division is proud to announce the launch of a new Leader-In-Training Program (LIT).

The purpose of this program is to engage members who have an interest in learning more about ASQ and the Education Division with the expectation that they will become a member-leader.

Member-leaders volunteer with programming, contribute to an online community, write for our newsletter or journal, chair/assist with a network group (NWG), or become an appointed or elected leader.

LIT Structure:

1) 6 Online sessions (maximum 1 hour) – dates forthcoming

* 4 synchronous sessions with at least two times to accommodate our members globally

* 2 asynchronous sessions where you complete the material on your own schedule

2) Service Project (minimum 4 hours volunteer effort)

3) Recognition

* Recertification Units

* “Graduation event” at WCQI 2026 in Orlando - optional

LIT completion is an achievement we want to celebrate! Our current ED Leadership Team supports this initiative and welcomes your participation now and as a future member-leader. You will meet this high-energy team, and we will help you to find activities that meet your personal and professional goals while contributing to the mission of ASQ.

Everyone is aware of the challenges facing education today. It is critical we rethink processes and systems to ensure effective outcomes. Education Division networks include Quality Improvement Tools and Workforce Development, K-12, and Higher Education. The Education Division Leadership Team encourages all members to post and participate in the Education Division, myASQ Community, and LinkedIn discussions:
