We have Denise Robitaille presenting an overview of the ISO 9000 revision for our October development session.

Description: ISO 9001 has begun its revision process. All eyes are riveted on the impending changes. Of equal importance, but with less fanfare, ISO 9000 has also embarked on its revision. What actually is ISO 9000 and why does it matter? We’ll discuss: - The nature of ISO 9000 Quality management systems - Why ISO 9000 matters - Quality Management Principles - What we can expect from the revision

About the Speaker

Denise currently chairsTC176/SC1, the committee responsible for ISO 9000, guidance on quality fundamentals and terminology. She also chairs PC302 the committee responsible for ISO 19011 guidance standard on auditing QMS. Denise is the 2025 ASQ Freund-Marquardt Medalist. She has participated internationally in standards development for over 20 years and has authored over a dozen books. Denise is a Fellow of ASQ and a certified lead assessor.
