Avadhoot Belose (AB) is a Senior Program Manager with 14+ years of experience driving quality-focused supply chain transformation and operational excellence. At Dell Technologies, he has led global initiatives leveraging AI/ML and digital platforms to achieve 95% faster data acquisition and 99% cycle time reduction, while managing $600M+ spend and delivering multi-million $$ in savings.
AB holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management, a PMP certification. Passionate about continuous improvement and technology enablement, AB serves on advisory boards advancing AI strategy and quality practices worldwide.

Scope of the session:
