 Why Attend?

To drive meaningful change in organizations, having knowledge of Lean and Quality tools is essential. However, to apply them effectively, it’s critical to develop a deep understanding of how they work in real-world situations. This training provides practical, experience-based examples from my personal journey of transforming manufacturing operations across Ottawa, including at top high-tech companies like General Dynamics, Epocal (now Siemens), and currently Gastops.

You will gain insights that took me years to learn: 80% of the results I’ve achieved came from just 20% of the Lean and Quality tools I’ve mastered over the years! The key is to build your confidence with these tools and use them collaboratively to drive greater results with less effort.

This training doesn’t just focus on learning tools in isolation—it puts them together in a way that will make a lasting impact. I look forward to helping you scale your influence and lead the way in your organization. I hope to see you there!
