Fred Frenzel is Senior Director, Portfolio Operations at Harper Collins Publishers. He brings nearly 20 years of experience leading the administration, programs, projects, and strategic planning across a range of industries. Most recently, his work focuses on using AI to improve quality, reduce friction, and create transparent, data‑driven decision‑making at scale. As an Enterprise Leader at Harper Collins, he led a team to embed AI and automation into its Demand‑to‑Deliver workflow.
