    Hi! 

    About 6 years ago I began my career in operations as a digital operations manager and over time made my way to executive director of operations. I've joined ASQ, earned my six sigma green belt certification, and attended the 2023 quality summit last month where I learned about NextGen. I really love operations and the role that quality improvement plays in an organization, but lately I feel like I'm struggling to advance my knowledge and skillset to get to my ultimate goal - working as a Chief Operations Officer. 

    I'm not sure if this is the right platform, but I'm looking for a mentor. Someone who can help guide me and share their experiences to help me find some clarity or a sense of direction for practical next steps.
