We have a well organized process for Layered Process audits according to IATF automotive standards. My question is we have a list of questions we review on different lines each week, but we always pass with 100% accuracy. Are there any questions you may suggest that maybe we are not applying? We ask about quality (alerts/how to handle non conformances/work instructions) who is the internal customer, quality policy, etc.
