My name is Bruno and I am currently conducting research to see in what way, in what way and to what extent the implementation of a Quality Management System under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard can improve efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction in our companies. Therefore, I would like to know your different points of view, taking advantage of your experience in the world of quality.
A QMS is only as good as the culture of the company and leadership involvement to ensure its survivability. You can't just implement ISO 9001:2015 and expect efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction, it has to be already ingrained into the company culture. Once you've established the culture and leadership support, you can then have an effective QMS through ISO 9001:2015.
