Can anyone provide the name of a software, database or process that your company utilizes to prepare, route and save standard gap assessments? I work in the medical device industry and we regularly perform standard gap assessments on new and revised standards that we need to verify compliance. Currently we use a paper based process which makes it challenging to track approval signatures and maintain good record retention over the years.
My company uses Enablon as a database for health and safety investigations, inspections, and audits, and is getting more quality based with capability for change management. Not sure of the licensing cost though.
