Are you training to ISO standards, or performing training as required by ISO 9001?
For our internal training (we're a company of about 300 people) we don't use any fancy tracking tools. We have hard-copy forms that list the actual training performed, applicable revisions, trainer, and list of trainee's with dates which we fill out, scan, and retain. For training that expires, we have a couple excel spreadsheets to make sure that no one lapses.
