Causing quality - depicted as a cause and effect diagram

Hi!

Might anyone have a form of a fishbone diagram that basically answers the question, “What system is needed to cause quality?” If so, and if willing, please share that with me.

I appreciate the vast amount of quality-related information that ASQ has. At the moment, I’m looking for something that is quite concise and actionable and generally applicable.
