Gratitude and Appreciation for ASQ Customer Care, ASQ IT, and ASQ Orlando
Yesterday I renewed my ASQ Membership, and would like to thank the Customer Care agent (Juan) for his service and patience.

In addition to renewing my membership, journals, and division connections, I was able to affiliate with ASQ Orlando.  My request for this section's Leadership Meeting minutes (per the Section Maintenance policy) was accepted and honoured without hesitation, and I felt welcomed and engaged.  There were also some temporary glitches on the MyAccount page on www.asq.org, which are now resolved thanks to ASQ's Customer Care and IT teams.

I want to credit ASQ Orlando, the liaison Daniel Castle‍  and the RD, Michael Kirchner‍ , for the respectful and professional manner in which my request was responded and handled.  ASQ Orlando and the Southeast USA region reflect the ideals of ASQ and I look forward to being part of their virtual community.  I encourage ASQ sections in other regions to benchmark and strive to replicate this exemplary member value experience.

Thank you to all, and I look forward to continuing my affiliation with ASQ as a Fellow for another year, and enjoying the additional incentives of early membership renewal.

Hi Dan Zrymiak! Some of the best things about ASQ are the community connections, collaboration, sharing, and learning. Thanks for sharing your story with us!
Hi, this is an example where it worked well across all participants: the member, the member unit, and HQ.

The dynamics are different between divisions and sections because sections are often the face of ASQ for their local members, so HQ and GCC need to ensure that those interfaces are representative of ASQ's ideals and commitments to members.  In the case of ASQ Orlando, I can confirm this in the affirmative.

Awe - thanks Dan!  And thank you for renewing!!!  :D    This is so nice to hear since we're all working remotely & it's been a challenge at times to get everything connected from our homes.  The IT team did a great job of getting us all set up

In 2016, after 36 years of paying for membership, I convinced my company to become an enterprise member. At the time I thought ASQ was encouraging this. However, I was told that I had forfeited my right to a free retirement membership because of doing this. I am disappointed by this action. Would you be willing to re-consider?

Arnold Greenbaum‍  of course!  thank you for being a member and getting your company to join as an Organizational member.  When you're ready to retire, just let me know.

I plan to retire by end of July2020 but I just renewed my enterprise membership and Boston section for a year.
