  • 1.  Help with Risk Management Specialized Credential

    I'm taking the Risk Management Specialized Credential and about to complete the course but down to the last topic Risk Treatment and Assessment Activity and I'm just wondering if anyone can help me with Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) using the 8D (eight disciplines) methodology. Under the Risk Treatment and Assessment Activity, required paths Hazard and Performance, I can't figure out the steps in correct order of the example in this lesson.

We realised that the activity you mention needed to be reworked so it stays helpful and motivating in your learning journey, so we recently deployed an update that will take you to the correct answer after two attempts.
