The Surprising Science of Meetings: How You Can Lead Your Team to Peak PerformanceThis highly interactive keynote brings a sharp and strategic light to an activity typically taken for granted – the meeting. A recent estimate suggests that employees endure a staggering 55 million meetings a day in the United States, with some evidence to suggest these numbers have only increased as a direct consequent of COVID work-at-home initiatives. Sadly, most meetings fail to engage us, or even worse, blatantly disregard our time.
