Hi Robert Schubert - we don't usually send another certificate after recertification. Do you need a reprint or were you just wondering? If you were looking to verify your certification to anyone you can refer them to the Certification Verification tool https://asq.org/cert/registry
Let me know if you need the printed cert sent. I'll work that out.
Thanks
Trish

Hi Trish,
Hope you are doing well. How much does it cost to get reprints done? Let me know. Thanks.

You can find your letter and certificate under your account at www.asq.org. Then go to My Documents and look for something called recert letter and certificate with a date. I tried to drag and drop my last file on here but I have since retired my CQE #.. My Documents certificate.pdf

How can we vote to make this a common practice to automatically send out a new certification?
It is nice to have my certifications displayed in my workplace and once this certification expires, it appears that I am displaying an expired certificate.
With the Project Management Insititute, I receive a new certificate that has my original certification date and the new expiration date. The feeling as a dues-paying member when I can display my certification does give me some pride. I think this would be a small ask, low-cost activity to increase member engagement and value.
My question, what is the process to propose that ASQ start sending members new (renewed) certificates after fulfilling all certification tasks?
Additionally, can ASQ allow members to submit their recertification information immediately once they satisfy their requirements versus only applying during a specific period?

Can you share when this practice was implemented? It used to be the case that when you renewed, you did receive a new copy of the certificate with the revised expiration date.

Hi all - I was wrong. :) We do send out new certificates upon recertification. There may be a delay because of covid though. So Watch your mail.
Sorry for the confusion.

You'll be getting one if you just recertified.

Hi Ken - Yes, you can add info to your online recert journal https://asq.org/cert/myru - let me know if you run into any issues.
