CSSGB for PhD student?
Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and I feel very fortunate to find a lot of useful info here. I'm a 4th year Ph.D student considering getting certified for CSSGB. I was a bit confused by the requirement for the green belt, which states that 3 years of work experience is needed. I wonder if being a Ph.D. student can count as work experience. I have been working full-hour as either research assistant or teaching assistant, and have been paid by the University, but not everyone considers a grad student as a classic "paid job". So does anyone happen to know any details for this requirement? Thank you all in advance and all the best with your exams and certifications :)

Hi Mingkang Sun‍ - Welcome to myASQ & thanks for becoming a member!  Yes - If you're working full time as part of your grad program, that counts as work.  Just be sure the let us know in your resume or documentation.
Good Luck!!!
