Patient Experience Division Head

Hello my fellow quality practitioners! I am Roni Mabanglo and I have just accepted a new role to spearhead a newly-created Patient Experience Division for a hospital here in my hometown. Being in the manufacturing industry for more than a decade, I am new to the healthcare provider/service industry but I am excited to take on the challenge.
