Introduction

Robert is an intermediate quality enthusiast, living in the Madison, WI area. As a Quality enthusiast and a program director, i capture quality metrics to avoid wasting time, and money. The lack of attention to quality, the less likely a PM is to meet there project schedule and cost baselines. Robert focuses on quality and spends time preventing; rather than dealing with issues or solving problems.
