My name is Garrett.  I work as a quality control technician (analytical chemist) for a food and beverage company.  My primary function is gas chromatography of beverage samples.  I have been considering the CQT certification, but I am not sure if that is the most appropriate one for me.  I have been in this role for 2 years and have a bachelors degree.  Any advice would be well received!

Hi Garrett, Welcome to myASQ!  CQT is a great place to start.  Use or Cert Pathways Tool to see if you qualify https://asq.org/cert/

You should think about where you want to go when determining which cert path is best for you.   Also check out the Cert discussion topic.  I think you find some valuable discussion there.  This group is great about giving advice.

Good luck!
