As more consumers become aware of how their purchasing habits affect the environment, organizations that push to reduce prices and speed up delivery at the cost of the planet are being left behind. Research by Coyote Logistics revealed that 84% of consumers are willing to spend more for products and services from sustainable brands, and 61% would wait longer for delivery if it had less of an impact on the environment.
