No matter where we are in life, it’s never too late to start fresh with something new or different. The calendar doesn't have to indicate a new year for change to happen. There no longer is guaranteed lifelong employment with one employer or in a chosen field. It is up to you to always be prepared and ready to maintain your current skills or acquire new ones.
