The March Issue of QP Is Live!
It's no secret that workplaces have changed because of COVID-19. These changes are fundamentally affecting how work gets done, and the March issue of QP features several articles that fit this theme.

In the cover story, “Back on Track,” Max Hansen offers follow-up to the research he conducted for the QP Salary Survey in December. He probes deeper into some of the COVID-related questions he asked members, and conducted interviews to see what challenges quality professionals are facing, and what they’re doing to combat them. Check in with some of your peers and see how your experiences compare to theirs.

Authors of the second feature article, “Proving Their Mettle,” explain how quality management tools are inherently perfect for handling the effects of the pandemic. Learn what tools can be used—and how—to carry us through the struggles caused by COVID-19 and beyond.

Finally, in “Catalysts for Change,” learn how to revamp your post-pandemic operations model by assessing employees’ capabilities via the training needs analysis element of the certified manager of quality/organizational excellence body of knowledge.
