In the December 2020 Expert Answers column the question was "We're in the process of preparing for an important audit. What are some basic tips you can share that will help us plan and ensure the audit goes smoothly?" The answer given was to provide training to all employees on how to prepare for an audit and engage with auditors. This was a good answer; however, it was quite general.
