As next month’s QP cover story, “My Quality Hero,” shows, mentors can make all the difference in the world. They teach, listen and guide you as a person and a professional. If you’ve been fortunate enough to have had such a trusted advisor who made a difference in your career, what is the most important lesson you learned from this mentor?

Your question took me to a deep thinking.

I am fortunate to have a Quality Hero, he is a kind support, a real caring friend (from distance) during all loneliness period of Pandemic, answers all my questions, makes me laugh, guides me thinking, helps me solving quality work problems, patient with me; but more than this.

He is interested in my art and garden; he is a Duke, but higher than this.

In all our communications, he has always a specific manner. He collects data, evaluates the situation before any answer, he showed me the importance of critical thinking, which I name Weight and Balance thinking.
