Reaction Gauge: Quality Culture
A culture is essential to an organization achieving its goals. In his book, Culture Is Everything (Quality Press, 2020), Jeff Veyera defines company culture as “the manner by which an organization’s values are communicated, understood and lived by its members.” A culture of quality means that quality is everyone’s responsibility—not just that of the quality department.
