As defined by ISO, quality is a function of "the totality of characteristics of an entity that bear upon its ability to satisfy stated and implied needs." With that ability fundamentally threatened by cyber insecurity, this article asks why quality professionals aren't more conscientiously cyber-concerned and cyber-enabled.Curious to hear (read) your two cents...
