  • ASQ Fellow and local member of of ASQ London section 0403, Denis Devos presents a comprehensive overview on using the process approach for quality management systems. By properly defining a process and recognizing process triggers, all aspects of a process can be defined and controlled. This includes inputs/outputs, enablers/controls, resources, and performance matrices. In addition, the use of flowcharts is explained, demonstrating best practices with real-world examples. This recording was originally broadcast on 2021-01-21 and includes audience participation and Q&A.<br />

  • ASQ, London Chapter 0403 was fortunate enough to have Jim Moran, M.A.Ed., President of Simplify ISO Inc., and The Learning Alliance Inc. as a presenter during our September 24th, 2020 meeting. Jim helped many of our chapter (as well as other chapter) members understand what to expect from a virtual audit to help ease the stress related to the "unknown", as well as shared some ideas, best practices and potential risks and opportunities. with the group with respect to planning the remote audit. Please enjoy the presentation. Virtual Audits - What's In Store?
