Description
Presented at the 9/14/2021 Minnesota Section 1203 Program Meeting.

Gathering requirements is an obvious first step for determining process automation scope.  Minimizing technical debt is not a typical risk accounted for and, although, requirements are an important first step, many organizations consider simpler approaches that end up in massive rework.  Learn how to balance technical and fundamental challenges with awareness to both.  Process flow, scenarios and system integration are priorities necessary to be aware of and account for in planning for process automation.
