Meeting the Challenge of Quality 4.0, 2022: The Future of Work Is Here

This presentation focuses on the evolution of Quality 4.0, a response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It defines Quality 4.0 in the context of workplace changes wrought by advancing technology and Covid, including remote work, and explores implications for quality professionals in shaping their roles and contributing to redefined cultures and perceptions of leadership.

The contributions of professional societies such as ASQ in shaping 4.0 transformation is addressed as an ongoing challenge.
