In 2019 the Service Quality Division conducted a refresh of our Service Quality Body of Knowledge (SQBOK). In this version you have access to the BOK framework and content, a list of valuable reference materials sourced by our volunteer team, and examples of regular quality tools with details on how to apply them within the Services industry.
