We are a group of service, manufacturing, and quality professionals who work in many areas of industry across the Waterloo county region of Ontario Canada.  Our section meets once each month to provide our membership with a presentation of quality and business improvement related topics. We also provide both member and non-member training on various quality topics throughout the year.

Please note: To attend any of our events you will need to register via our Eventbrite site.  Without an event registration through Eventbrite, you will not receive recertification credit for your attendance.  Also note, we do not retain member attendance records of events--so, please hold onto any attendance receipts and/or certificates you receive from us as proof of event attendance when it's time to recertify.
