The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recognizes U.S. organizations in the business, health care, education, and nonprofit sectors for performance excellence. The Baldrige Award is the only formal recognition of the performance excellence of both public and private U.S. organizations given by the President of the United States. Our ASQ member Scott Burgmeyer is going to talk more about the prestigious award.
He has spent the last 30 years working and consulting in manufacturing, technology, education, and health care industries. Scott has held roles such as QA Manager, CI Manager, Organizational Development, Human Resources, SVP Quality & Improvement, and Chief Improvement Officer.
His goal is to use customer centric focus and facilitation techniques to create excellence through people, process, and knowledge.
