Technology's Future from Quality's Past: Silicon Valley & the End User
Serving the end user has always been at the center of the QA profession's work. But quality work is increasingly appearing in organizations, departments, and individual roles that do not necessarily have the word "quality" in them. This talk will provide an overview of the centrality of serving end users in emerging products and how quality in new technologies is evolving to become even more user-focused.
