Lawrence (Larry) Solow blends his change management, agile, project management, and continuous improvement certifications, skills, and experience to help teams and organizations shift their patterns of thought and behavior.
Larry has functioned in internal change leadership roles for a variety of Fortune 500 organizations, including Cigna, Harley-Davidson, and AlliedSignal. He has also served as an external consultant for a wide variety of profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Mr. Solow earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Communication from Temple University. He has co-authored two books: “Complexity Works: Creating Pattern-Based Change in Teams and Organizations” with Denise Easton and “What Works for GE May Not Work for You: Using Human Systems Dynamics to Build a Culture of Process Improvement” with Brenda Fake.
Larry has presented at 12 professional or association conferences, including ASQ, ASTD, SHRM, Project World, Project Summit, and IAF.
