Excellence means different things to different people. In this session the focus will be to define in practical and operation terms so that excellence may be practiced as a daily routine adopting a process approach. It will also cover the interaction with the knowledge management, and effective problem-solving using system’s approach.
Speaker Arvind Srivastava co-authored the "Lean Management 50-50-20" book. He is currently a Continuous Improvement Methods Specialist at BorgWarner. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Shainin Red X Journeyman, an IATF Lead Auditor, and an ASQ-certified Quality Auditor. In ASQ, he is a Director of the ASQ Chicago Section and teaches at its Training Institute.
