Joe Campanella has worked at TeamWorld Inc., a corporate branding and promotional products company, for the last 15 years. He served as Director of Information Technology until 2017 when he took on the role of Vice President of Operations. In his role, he is responsible for oversight of all manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, IT, human resource, training, purchasing, and graphic design.
Joe will be talking about the quality journey at TeamWorld over the last decade, as it has grown and matured. He will discuss TeamWorld’s challenges, how they were dealt with, and how those challenges helped shape the company’s ongoing culture, progress, and direction regarding quality.
