Today we will talk about how Quality is one of the integral aspects of day-to-day manufacturing at the Raymond Corporation. We strongly follow the Toyota Principles when it comes to achieving optimum Quality and leading the organization towards zero defects.
Yuvraj Vele is a graduate in Industrial and Systems Engineering from SUNY Binghamton with work experience in the field of quality, lean manufacturing, and new product development. Currently working as a Quality Control Supervisor at Raymond Corporation to deliver top-notch product quality and provide technologies, systems & solutions that bring day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations to a new level of performance. He started his career with Raymond as a Quality Engineer in Aug 2016, focusing on process improvements, defect reduction, and new product developments. He recently moved to a new role as a Quality Control Supervisor where he leads a team of Quality Control Technicians and Inspectors to perform incoming product inspections, FAIs, in-process quality control audits, and compliance checks on final assembled product. He has been affiliated with the ASQ family since 2018 when he completed hi ASQ CSSGB and CQE certification later during 2019.
