Understanding ISO 55000: Global Standard for Asset Management - free zoom meeting
Sponsored by section 1515 and join with 1510.  BE SURE TO SEE THE  LINK TO REGISTER BELOW.
Even to seasoned quality practitioners, the ISO 55000 suite of standards can appear abstract, vague, and difficult to understand. When the connections to ISO 9001 and other well-established standards become clear, the value of a global standard for asset management oriented towards maximizing the value derived from capital-intensive assets shines through. Learn from the experiences of an asset management expert who has helped companies across the world implementing ISO 55000-compliant asset management systems.

Brian Kaiser is ISO 55000 Subject Matter Expert at Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) with more than ten years’ professional experience in the electric utility industry in both operations and asset management. In a previous role as a consultant with UMS Group and today as an ISO 55000 SME with LCE, he runs asset management initiatives for utilities across the globe. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Brian is also a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Indiana, and a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) with SMRP.
