Eileen Serrano has nearly 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering with a specialization in Quality Management. She is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). She is a senior member of ASQ, past president of ASQ Puerto Rico, Associate Regional Director of ASQ's South Atlantic Region. Eileen is a frequent speaker at international conferences, particularly the ASQ World Quality and Improvement Conference and the Lean Six Sigma Conference.
