Using Situational Leadership to Manage Yourself and Your Team
By Jackie Torfin, Partner, QRxPartners
Learn about the Situational Leadership Model, a model created by Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard. The fundamental principle of the model is that there is no single "best" style of leadership. Effective leadership is task-relevant, and the most successful leaders are those who adapt their leadership style to the performance readiness (ability and willingness) of the individual or group they are attempting to lead or influence.
Learn how you can apply this model to your own leadership and management style. We will discuss several different case studies to understand the practical application.
