January Presentation/Workshop
Procurement Reimagined
Presented by Cathy Mansfield

Quality Compliance Lead at

Novelis Global Research and Technology Center

Procurement Reimagined, a project application summary which shows how a well refined problem definition, coupled with identification of solution possibilities within SharePoint applications, led to a 75% reduction in time to completion for the performance of a standard process with non-routine outliers. The integrated workshop will focus on attendees’ own non-routine outliers and how they might be able to standardize processes to even out those events.
