Presentation Title: Empowering Employees Through Continuous Improvement

Summary of presentation: If you were given the power and resources required to change your organization or role for the better, how many ideas would you have ready to bring to the table? It is safe to say that most of us are holding on to hundreds of ideas, we just don't know what to do with them.

As we work to become better, more innovative organizations it is our job as change leaders to provide employees with easy and accessible way to bring these ideas forward and put them in to action. When employees have an easy and accessible way to voice their ideas, we can capitalize on opportunities for innovation, realize efficiency gains, and most importantly give a voice to the employees who see the processes in action each day. In this presentation, the Process Excellence Group from Hikma Pharmaceuticals will discuss the importance of sharp-end stakeholders in continuous improvement and three ways in which they educate, enable, and empower employees at their site to generate positive change.

Attendees will walk away from this presentation with a better understanding of what factors make for a successful continuous improvement initiative as well as tools to promote and manage idea generation for their organization.
