Technical advances over the past decade have resulted in a new industrial revolution. It is often referred to as the “4th industrial revolution” or "Industry 4.0“ and is driven by exponential growth in “disruptive technologies” and the profound changes those technologies are bringing to the workplace, workforce, and customers served.
“Quality 4.0" is the future state description of the quality and organizational excellence in the context of “Industry 4.0”. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a key tool used in “Quality 4.0” and can have a significant impact on quality training.
This presentation looks at how artificial intelligence can transform traditional but bland PowerPoint training into an attention-grabbing immersive experience, benchmarked after modern YouTube training.
