Meeting Overview



Mark Graban is the author of the award-winning book Lean Hospitals: Improving Quality, Patient Safety, and Employee Engagement.



His most recent book is “Measures of Success: React Less, Lead Better, Improve More”.



Mark is also a co-author, with Joe Swartz, of “Healthcare Kaizen: Engaging Front-Line Staff in Sustainable Continuous Improvements”.



Mark serves as a consultant to organizations through his company, Constancy, Inc and is also a Senior Advisor to the technology company KaiNexus.



Mark has been blogging since 2005 at LeanBlog.org and is the host of podcasts including “Lean Blog Interviews” and “My Favorite Mistake”. He is currently writing a new book about learning from mistakes.
