These days it is hard to get people to pay attention in any meeting, but when people are not in the same room, it can be especially difficult.
This is a fact that virtual meetings are a must if you want to build productive, cohesive, and connected remote teams. But keeping your team engaged during a remote meeting can be tough.
While the basics of a good meeting are well known, transitioning to a virtual format can be challenging. While many of us had plenty of practice since Spring of 2020, let us face it, most meetings are boring and lack intentional engagement. Steven will deliver some great tips and tricks of what to do before, during and after the meeting. You are going to leave the webinar with a handful of actionable nuggets of information to put into action at your next meeting.
Therefore, if you are wondering how to make remote meetings more engaging, this webinar is for you.
