About the Speaker

Carlos Arredondo is an Industrial Engineer and a Lean Six Sigma practitioner. He serves as Quality Assurance Engineer in a Medical Devices Company called Neovasc Inc, managing quality engineering, process validation and risk. Carlos has previously held several Lean and Continuous Improvement positions for different companies.

Carlos earned 2 degrees, Industrial Engineering and Business Administration. He also earned 2 certifications with ASQ, Quality Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt.

His experience account 8 years working with Teleflex Medical, 3 year working with Regency Fireplaces where he was responsible of the quality department and the continuous improvement program. Currently he has 2 years working for Neovasc Inc. helping the company to implement Lean and Continuous Improvement Projects amount other responsibilities.
