Title: Compassionate Leadership: The Glue That Binds an Organization Together

Speakers: Anu Pujji and Jen Croneberger


Anu is an experienced and passionate change agent. She has expertise in partnering with c-suite executives and peers to drive the successful execution of strategic and transformational programs, building lasting collaborations, delighting customers and establishing best practice solution portfolios for Quality-boosting initiatives.
Throughout her career she has served in Fortune Healthcare companies and non-for-profit organizations such as WEDI (Work group for EDI) where she chaired the workgroup for Healthcare Policy guidance. Her contributions towards setting up best practices for interoperability and harmonization of Healthcare Information were published in the 2013 WEDI Report. Anu holds a Baccalaureate in Science, a Masters in Organic Chemistry and has obtained Management credentials in Healthcare Administration from the Wharton School of business. She is also a Certified LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is currently working on her PhD in Applied Positive Psychology.
She is devoted to the cause of elevating the career goals of young women through coaching and mentoring.
Anu is currently leading transformational work at Amazon as their Principal of Operational Excellence in the global ACES organization.

Jen is a widely sought-after 4-time TEDx speaker and thought leader. She speaks and consults in the areas of compassionate leadership and culture change for corporations, schools, organizations, and teams all over the country and is the Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer of JLynne Consulting Group, LLC. Her Master’s Degree is in Sports and Performance Psychology and some of Jen’s clients have included professional athletes as well as organizations that include Nike, Procter & Gamble, Lockheed Martin, The US Department of Defense, The NIH and the USDA.
Jen is a “Dare to Lead” Instructor. She holds certifications from the Harvard Business School in Sustainable Business Strategy, Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University and The Science of Well-Being from Yale University. Jen was selected as a member of the Forbes’ Coaches Council for 2020 and publishes articles on regularly. Jen was named “Best of” on Thumbtack, based on client reviews for Motivational Speakers in the Philadelphia, PA & Washington, DC Regions for 5 straight years.

Abstract: Managing a swiftly changing environment takes leaders who are brave and adapt quickly and effectively. Improving the workday experience is recognizing that human beings will always be a company’s greatest asset. This is just the beginning of an ongoing conversation on how we can work together to create more compassionate leaders who drive cultures of belonging everywhere they show up.
