TOPIC: Five Generations: Learning, Working and Succeeding Together
ABSTRACT: Today, there are 5 active generations in the work force: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, X, Y, and Z Generations. Which generation are you associated? In this presentation, you will learn the key events that shaped each generation, their values, and their perspective of life and work. In this presentation you will hear the common values that span all generations and how each generation prefers to communicate. You will learn what is needed in today’s training and inter-personal communications environment to bridge the perceived generation gaps to create a focused, integrated, functional and effective team. Unique, but different, each generation brings their own perspective as a piece of the puzzle, professionally and personally, that when put together in a thoughtful, planned manner forms a new integrated “World Class” solution.
